Tumblers are made to order.

Turn around time is 1-4 weeks depending on the number of orders already being processed. If you need an order sooner, please contact me and I will TRY to accommodate you.  A RUSH ORDER option may be available for purchase, please contact me for more information.

Please hand wash ONLY.
Do NOT leave your tumbler in a hot car.
The tumbler is NOT dishwasher safe.
DO NOT soak.
DO NOT microwave.
DO NOT place in the freezer.
DO NOT drop the tumbler.
DO NOT scrub with abrasive materials.

A care card will be included with every tumbler purchase!

If dropped, the tumbler can crack, chip, or even shatter. Please handle your tumbler with care like you would for a typical drinking glass.

- All tumblers are handmade. I try my best to deliver a perfect product, but small imperfections may appear.
- Each tumbler is unique and may have slight differences.
- Problems with orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product.

I apologize, but I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges being that this is a custom order. I do want you to love your purchase so I can show you pictures as I am creating it. I am not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact me within two days of receiving your order. I will do everything I can to help solve the issue.

 In order for the glow in the dark to work, the tumblers must be "charged" in the sun. Simply use the tumbler outside when it is sunny or keep it by a window so that the UV light can go on the tumbler to give it a "charge". The white and light part of the tumbler will glow in the dark. Dark parts such as black, will not glow.
